The Reality of University Education and Implications for Sustainable National Development in Nigeria

Abstract


Nigeria as a nation has all it takes be a super and great nation with organized structures that will attract the sea of eyes. The rich and abundant human and material resources are evident in this direction which in most cases understated. She cannot therefore afford to be bye-stander or an on-looker in the cult of globalized and modern contemporary civilizations. University Education is seen as a veritable agent and most potent catalyst and instrument per excellence for the nations that desired sustainable national development.
