The questionnaire was administered by the researcher. Simple regression was used to answer the research questions while t-test associated with simple regression was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 alpha level. The findings of the study showed a moderate positive relationship of r=0.60 between promotion and teachers commitment as well as r=0.39 between recognition and teachers commitment in these schools. It was recommended among others that promotion should be given to teachers when due and on merit to enhance teachers commitment.
